Aegis One Consults (AOC), established in 2006 is an Environmental, Social, Governance, Health, and Safety (ESGHS) consulting firm based in Africa with head office in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Our company has come a long way and has been able to establish a name for itself. We boast of a team of experts with over 200 years of combined experience who have contributed to the body of knowledge in environmental and social management, occupational health and safety, biodiversity and ecosystem services, ecotoxicology and bioaccumulation studies, compliance monitoring and stakeholder engagement, amongst others, and have been involved in several donor-funded projects around Africa.

We are also duly accredited by relevant regulatory authorities in our country of origin including the Federal Ministry of Environment (FMEnv.), the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC), the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDRPA) and the National Oil Spill Detection and Response Authority (NOSDRA), amongst others.
